In stock item usually will be ship the same or the following business day. If any case item is out of stock, you will be notifed as soon as possible via by phone or email. You will be given the option of choosing the wait or cancel the entire order. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier which can be any one of the follow: UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. Once you receive your tracking information, we strongly recommend you to make arrange and be able to accept the package in person from the specific shipping carrier to avoid packages being lost or stolen. Certain package may require a signature to allow the release of the shipment. Please inspect all packages upon arrival. If any damages on the exterior of the packaging or the product(s) itself. Please make sure you inform the driver and make sure he/she will record it in the system. In a highly unlikely event if the package was damaged during shipping that was found after the driver had left. Please contact us within 2 business days from the time you received the package so we can file the claim with the shipping carrier.
